1. District Facilitator (Code: FK)

• Education in all fields of science (General) S-1
• S-1 experienced in the field of community empowerment program at least 3 (three) years or
• Know the culture & customs duty location
• Preferred-speaking area in the location task
• Able to operate computer (min. Microsoft Office)
• Able to reside at the location assignment
• At the time of enrollment age max. 45 (forty five) years

2. Technical Facilitators (Code: FT)

• Education Civil Engineering S-1 & D-3
• Relevant work experience in the programs / projects of infrastructure development at least 3 (three) years
• Know the culture and customs duty locations, can preferably speak in a location area where the task
• Preferably have experience in organization and had been active in community empowerment activities, social work and other community assistance activities
• Able to operate computer (min. Microsoft Office)
• Able to reside at the location assignment
• At the time of enrollment age max. 45 (forty five) years
